what is the maximum number of users of trial license?

we have a case where the orgnaization has 1000 users on Atlassian products (Jira software, conflunce, crowd .. etc), the expiry date of the licenses on 1st-Jan-2022 but the process of getting the renewal might take time since the order is not done yet.

if I want to use the trial licenses temporary, will it work for the 1000 users or I will face limitation in the number of users?

I would expect your Jira Data Center evaluation license that will cover your 1000 users. However, I think that this is best if you contact directly Atlassian's support to get an official response.

Actually I already contacted Atlassian support and their response was to use a trial license but they didn't mention anything related to the number of users.

Your expectation is correct, the evaluation license covered the 1000 users.
