what's the impact of changing project type from business to software

Hi All, 

I want to change my project from business type to software. And was wondering if something will be changed of the current issues. Could someone please advise?

Hi @Olive Sun

Changing the type would mean that the agile features will be available to the project. You will be able to create the scrum/kanban boards.

But do note that the users who do not have the software application access will not be able to use those agile features.

Yes, no info will be lost in general.

But again in terms of permissions, certain things depend on your custom permission you have configured in your project and globally.
