whats the best way to add classification headers on automated JIRA messages for mulitple projects in Jira 8.12 without scriptrunner.

I'm new to Jira, i see that i have to download the "templates.zip" file. which template should I modify? there's multiple folders and templates.

Thank you Igor, so far i've modified and uploaded the issuecreate and issueupdated templates. I've also created a new notification scheme for my project but when i create an issue i dont get a field to select the classification??? not to mention, I dont get notification that the issue was created and when i update the issue i still dont get notified??? Also, how does jira pass classification headers to outlook? outlook is setup for classified emails. but im not even getting any emails not to mention a classified header. clearly, i dont understand how jira works. I need some help here. not sure what to do.
