the ticket automatically gets assigned to a user when its changed from in progress to resolved since I could not make changes in the workflow what can I do
Hi @Himanshu Tiwary Sounds like you might have an automation rule that is running to automatically assign tickets. You can check to see if there are automation rules for your project by looking at Project Settings > Automation.
Check the post function of the workflow.
Then if you dont have access means you can contact your JIRA Person he ill be helping you

In the post function its mention that assign the issue to the lead developer but the same workflow is used by 33 projects so we can't implement any change on that
