We are facing more latency issues while working in jira and refreshing is taking time.
Could you please give the resolution time for these latency issue as many of the employees are facing issues while working in jira.

You should open a support case directly with Atlassian support to explore the root cause of your latency issues. Latency can be impacted by multiple factors. Here are a few:
1. Use of third party apps - many third party apps store data on systems outside of the Jira system. If you are using a lot of apps like that latency can be caused by the page loads having to make calls out of Jira to the third party systems, and potentially by the third party systems having to make multiple API calls back to Jira to collect the data to be presented.
2. The AWS region in which your Jira system is hosted. You may want to explore Data Residency options.

3. If your instance has a very large number of issues that can impact the retrieval or issues. You might want to consider Archiving projects that are no longer actively being updated. That will remove the issues of those projects from search processes, improving search/filtering performance.
