Hi Team,
I want to configure custom email notification that whenever priority of any issue in one project gets changed to High or Blocker, an notification email to specific user should trigger to let him know that this issue's priority is now High or Blocker.
Can we do this in on premise JIRA software ?

Hi Amit,
We make Notification Assistant for Jira which support this kind of configuration. We added support for Field Edit as a new Trigger type in our last release. This type of notification was always doable, but is now even easier to configure. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Amit - you will need an add-on to do that such as Automaton For Jira or ScriptRunner.
