where will I find the list of custom fields in my instance

How can I determine which of the fields in my instance are custom fields.

As an admin, go to Admin -> Issues -> Custom fields.  That's a list of all the custom fields.

Thanks Nick for your prompt answer.  Is there a way to get the entire list somewhere? if so how?  I have 10+ pages of custom fields in our instance.
