why are symbols added using panels in field configurations

Recently there are symbols added automatically when using colored panels in the description of field configuration for single custom fields. Why and since when? Can i get rid of them again?

Is it possible that you have some recent addon app? I have never seen anything like what you were presenting in the image here. While it could be some recent roll out of Cloud functionality I am more suspicious of an add-on.

it concerns the field descriptions of custom fields. A week ago the symbols weren't there when implementing the descriptions via field configurations. Also in the field configuration no symbols appear at the panels...
