why closed tickets are still showing under Incomplete list

We are using agile scrum board. When we try to move incomplete task from one sprint to another sprint we can see close ticket also moved . but it is complete task.

Hi @samrat ,

An issue is considered complete when it has value in "Resolution" field. Can you please view  issue TDP2-18 and check if there is a value in "Resolution" field or is it shown as "Unresolved"?

As it is agile project , there is no resolution field in this ticket. Can you please tell me how can I get resolution field

When you view the issue, do you see this circled part next to the status?

Then can you view the board, then click the triple dot on the right hand corner and select "Configure board". This likely happens because the "Closed" status is not in the right most column. Only issues in the right most column is considered complete.
