why do i fail to get list Users via API, while other endpoint working as expected.

Hello, Good day. Make sure you are using Org admin level API token for authentication and not the API key created under the user account. https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-an-organization-with-the-admin-apis/

The Cloud Admin REST APIs do not use OAuth, they use Basic auth with key + token.

i am talking about regular API, not the admin.

Could you help with the REST API end point you are running for the user fetch call.
