why i can't see the custom field

I add a custom field (Select List (cascading)) and I don't see it.

in the screen layout, I see it as coming soon.

what is the meaning of that?

That type of field is not yet supported in this type of project! (Hence the "coming soon" - it's on the list to be added)

Service Desk projects, Business (Core) projects, and the "classic" Software projects. In other words, "all of them, except 'Next-Gen' projects"
