why shared Teams and people option no longer available in 9.4.4

recently we have updated out LTS from 8.20 to 9.4 and seems "Shared Teams and people" not available in 9.4.4.

That was heavily using feature in one of the project and they are asking why it's not available.

can i get any reference document why it's removed.

I have received the Atlassian response, the looking feature no longer available DC9.0 onwards.

Are you licensed for Jira Server or Jira Data Center? 

"Shared teams and people" was a feature of Advanced Roadmaps. What version of Advanced Roadmaps were you using?

As per this page as of v8.15 of Jira, Advanced Roadmaps became an integrated component of Jira Date Center, and there is a link to the appropriate documentation for that version in the same page. The same functionality exists but may be in a different location.

Thanks for the response @Trudy Claspill . yes it's DC version and am aware of the point you have mentioned.

Till 8.20.10 we were able to use that "shared teams and people " option but in 9.4.4 it's available as "Shared Team" only.  Resulting we are unable to add user availability or leave plans etc. 

Tried to find any relevant docs but no luck.
