we have cloud services for jira and wiki, and now we need to host them on private servers.
We downloaded trail version for the servers and after following the steps for migration,
wiki users are still being managed by cloud jira after the migration.
should should we do to let wiki manage its own users on private servers?
Hello,
What steps from migration did you use? Could give a link?
Hi Alexey,
this is the one:

I am not sure I understand your question. What do you mean that wiki users are still being managed by cloud jira?

I think it's related to this option.
I tired to enable "External user management" option, but for some reason I can't.
I am the administrator of the site, and I'm in edit mode.

Derek

All users are not imported to you Confluence. What do you want to do with the external user management?
