workload pie chart gadget doesn't show the Issue Filter in the Dashboard

I am trying to Add a Workload Pie Chart gadget in my dashboard to view the sum of current estimate items in my backlog however the gadget Issue Filter field drop-down doesn't return any thing although there are filters available

I was able to use the workload pie chart report in the Projects section under Projects -> Reports. so the problem only seems to be coming in the dashboard. I can see that the underlying API call is returning a valid json so it does look like UI issue but i am lost  :

Error : 'No project or filter specified'

Interesting. Do you have the same issue creating other gadgets, or only this one? I wonder if there's a bad index somewhere.

Other gadgets are just fine and the filters display in them. I am 100% sure it's a UI issue as i was able workaround it by pressing 'down' arrow and press 'enter' (although i can't see any thing) and it was selecting a filter although nothing shows up in display.

Hm. That does seem odd. Are other users having the same issue? If it's only you, have you tried clearing your browser's cookies and cache and restarting? 

If all of your users (or at least, more than you) are having this issue, you may need to report it to Atlassian Support.
