Hi Team,

We got a requirement to Alert the user when they change the Assignee.

would like to pop up a message or warning while changing the assignee. the message “Please Update the Sub Delivery Field”.

This message should populate only when the user changes the assignee.

Hi @PRAMOD KUMAR REDDY KASIREDDY ,

Unfortunately you can't trigger a pop up to appear when changing the "assignee" field.

What you can do is add an auto-transition in the Workflow, called "re-assign", which will display a screen where the users will be able to change the "assignee" and the "sub delivery" fields.

The advantage of this method is that you can make the "sub delivery" field mandatory during this transition,
