"Read data" is too vague a specification to give you more than really generalised guidance. Why are you reading? What do you want from it? There may be plugins, you might have to write something, no way of knowing until you explain roughly what you want.

I want to get defect count/nature per iteration per project and display them in table or graph. If it has any burn down chart and so on...
