Hi,
I am a salesforce admin and new to the position I'm in. We currently have an issue where when a user is trying to create jira ticket button in Salesforce, they are encountering an error "The. specified object type Case does not exist for the system Salesforce Production Connection". I am new to this integration so any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!!
@karz.269 hello! How is the integration executed? Are any tools used for connecting the systems? solutions like ZigiOps easily integrate Jira & Salesforce and syncs them (jira issues -salesforce cases). You can tailor it to fir other use case scenarios. Feel free to explore it and even give it a try with the ZigiOps free trial.
BR, Diana
Hi @karz.269
Welcome to the community! The error seems pretty self-explanatory in that you seem to be missing the requisite configuration. What tool are you using to perform this integration? And some screenshots of the configuration would also help here. I work with the Exalate team that takes the pain out of these integrations.
Give us a shout out if you are interested in learning more.
Thanks
Majid
