Receiving story points for green statuses

Hi there,

For several external reasons, were are using two different types of "resolved" (green) statuses: Done and Ready for test. 

However, only Done issues seem to earn story points in our sprint report, while we would like all green statuses to do so.

I wondered if it has something to do with the status category, but since both are green it seems ok from that perspective...

Can some please help?

Hi Avishay,

we had a similar problem in a Scrum project. What we simply missed out on was to tick the box "set resolution" (see below) in the column. You can find that at the bottom of the board settings

You probably already have ticked that box, but since we had a comparable problem and didn't tick the box, I wanted to make sure that this is not the problem ;-)

Unfortunately, it seems we are using Jira software version 7.8.3 which doesn't have this feature of set resolution.

Is there another way to make this effect?
