Recently i have changed password for my laptop after that onwards i am not able to login to jira

i am not able to access jira and confluence.please suggest me some solutions to solve this issue.

Hi @monisha v ,

probably your JIRA is configured to use SAML Authentication. Please contact your JIRA Administrator in order to have support on that.

Did you try to clean browser cache first?

i have cleaned my browser cookies and cache and i have removed passwords in credential manager in control panel as well.
