Recently we have exported Jira Issues from one instance to another instance.

M Homeswara Reddy February 8, 2021

Hi Team,

Recently we have exported Jira Issues from one instance to another instance but we are not able to view those issue in the kanban board. however, we are able to find the issues in Issues section.

But the issues are not reflecting in boards.

I am trying to Crating a Kanban board from a saved filter in project 1 but instead showing the newly created board in project 1 it is showing in another Project.

JQL: project = "Production Defect" AND ("Impacted Application(s)" = "Buy Button" OR "Application(s) Requiring Change" = "Buy Button")

Please help me out to troubleshoot this issue ASAP.

Thanks

Reddy

Are the issues in the backlog view or in a status that isn't present in the board config?

M Homeswara Reddy February 8, 2021

There are issues in "To do" status and "In Progress" Status and "Done" Status but the issues are not displaying in the board.

Is there a Kanban board sub-filter that may exclude the issues? (e.g. you have a release version present).  Does the JQL you refer to show any results in the issue search

M Homeswara Reddy February 8, 2021

The Kanban board Sub filter shows this "fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY".

Yes, the JQL which we are referring to in the issue search shown the issues with the JQL criteria. But not showing in the Kanban board.

Do the issues have a "fix version" value and if so is that version released?

M Homeswara Reddy February 10, 2021

No the issue doesn't have "Fix Vesion"

In Kanban Board we have sub filter

fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY

If i remove this filter in the board configuration i am able to view the issues.

Please advice if this the correct option to do.

Hello,

Is the "Fix Version" is a field?

If Yes, There is no fix versions in our issues.

Yes you can remove the sub-filter - if you are not using versions at all.

After removing the Sub filter, i am able to view the issue in the Kanban Board
