Redirecting JIRA Can't access your account? link to local LDAP account reset page

Requirement

We have configured JIRA to local LDAP server and password reset has to be done using local LDAP server page only.

Now if i use JIRA Can't access your account? link this will take users to wrong link.

Is there a way to change the link behind the Can't access your account? option
