Hi Folks,

Is there a way to limit the issues displayed in a column? Like if I have 200 issues in column A, and I only want to see the most recent 10? Resr should be hidden or something, is this possible?

Thanks!

You may consider using a quick filter. We use a Recently Updated quick filter, so that we can easily toggle between showing all issues or just those updated within the last couple of days.

Hi @Sebastian

I don't think there is such option, because a TODO or INPROGRESS issue is something to carry it out, and hidding it won't be the solution by default. But I suggest you evaluate one of the following workarounds:

  1. Add a swimlane at the end of the board that shows only old issues (i.e: NOT status CHANGED AFTER "-7d")
  2. Filter old issues from the board and define a process on the team to review them from time to time.

Hope it helps.
