ReferenceError: tinymce is not defined

After login in Chrome, there is error message: 

  • ReferenceError: tinymce is not defined

  • Other browsers are not working as well.

Hi @maxine_hu 

I see that this is Jira DC. This happens when static resources aren’t loaded properly or are corrupted in cache. And usually cleaning the browser's cache resolves the issue.

However, you mentioned that it did not work with other browsers either. I'd suggest trying with Chrome's Incognito mode and if it still does not work then it may be a collision on server side or WAF/proxy/firewall intereference.

Then I'd suggest bypassing proxy if you are using. If it does not work either, flushing Jira caches (server side) may help. Stop Jira, delete Jira_Home/caches and Jira_Home/plugins/.osgi-plugins folders content and restart Jira if possible
