Hi,

I am getting the following error when I refresh my Jira dataset in Power BI:

The 'issues.fields.workratio' column of the 'search?jql=project in ('ccds')' table contains a value, '9223372036854775807', which is not supported (line number '1').

Any ideas what could cause the issue? Is it a potential user in our team who cvould give erroneous numbers in a ticket?

Dear @Ferhat Culfaz

Could you please mention which app you're using?

If you use Power BI Connector for Jira, feel free to request vendor assistance - our support team will eagerly help you.

You can send an email to support@alpha-serve.com or submit your request here:https://aserve.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/16

Hope this helps,

Hi,

I am using it as a web connector to integrate JIRA into Power BI. I realised that the issue was with a particular ticket where the ticket owner put 0h for time taken for a completed ticket, which gave a Work Ratio with a very high number (1E18). Power BI could not accept such a high number and thus caused the above data pull issue. The solution was just to change the ticket time spent to >0h, eg 1hr to resolve the problem.
