Regarding change in email id

the company has changed our domain from domain 1 to domain 2, so our email ids has been changed, now i am not receiving notifications. So i went to manage account option, by mistake i logged in using my domain 2 email id, i logged out and logged in using my domain 1 email id, and tried changing it to domain 2 email id, not it saying you already have an account with this email id... What to do?

Hi @Ram K Raut ,

If I understood correctly you have:

  1. account A having email address A
  2. account B having email address B

What you would like to have instead is: account A to have email address B.

 

Now, if my understanding is correct, you should be able to achieve this by:

  1. Create a temporary email address C using one of the many facilities available online 
  2. Log-into id.atlassian.com using account B
  3. Change the email address for account B to be email address C (from step #1)
  4. Log-out
  5. Log-into id.atlassian.com using account A
  6. Change the email address of account A to be email address B
  7. Log-out
  8. Log-into id.atlassian.com using account B and delete the account
