Regarding the access of JIRA

I have the access of JIRA but do not have the full access, means not able to edit,assign etc.

To whome should I contact.

You have to contact your project manger to get permissions

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

And/or your Jira administrators to find out how the permission schemes are set up.
