Release Notes Comments for Jira Cloud

Looking to be able to use something similar to the server version for release notes comments listed here - https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/creating-a-custom-release-notes-template-containing-release-comments/ - for Jira Cloud.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

@JD Lobue as far as I know release notes customisation is not as extensively possible in the Cloud version as that of Server.

Thus, we have developed a full fledged release notes app for Jira - Automated release notes. You may want to take a look if you'd like.
