Release version

Hi!

I have the Scrum Board and I've created the Release Version and added issues from the Done column to the Version and Released it.

But 

The issues are still in the Done column on the board.
How can I clear all released issues from the Done Column?

Hello new to Jira and an avid Rally user; so I am looking for the option to create a release or PI even a milestone if you will but Jira has no such functionality?  I found Version but I'm told that's for issues/bugs, but everything in Jira is called an "ISSUE" which really does not make sense.  My question is I want to bucket all my User Stories that are DONE into a release (PI), how can I do that? When I create a Version, it tells me the issue is not resolved???

Please help clarify!
