Releasing Versions

I read through the user manual for releasing a version and it says to go to the version view, hover over the version name and click on the menu option to release the version. I don't know where the version view is other than in the backlog view. When I place my mouse over the version names I don't get any extra menu options to release. 

Can you please give more clarity on how to release a version? Some screenshots would be helpful.

go to "Releases":

Then click on "..." :

And select Release:

Thank you for the screen shots. I don't have the actions column. I am guessing my permissions need to be changed. I have reached out to my admin.
