Remove Evaluation Core license without removing licensed Software Product?

I have a JIRA software (Server) license and a JIRA Core (Server) Evaluation. The evaluation of core has expired and none of my software users can now enter issues.  

How can I remove the core evaluation and return to the JIRA software only license?

That because you only added your users to Jira Core licenses. If you change them to use Jira Software Licenses should solve the problem.

Users were added to JIRA Software not Core, however 'deleting' the core evaluation licence key has allowed existing software users access to enter issues again.
