Remove activity stream on projects

Is there a way to disable the activity stream of projects?

Hi Ioana,

If it is the Activity Stream on the System Dashboard it may be removed by a JIRA admin.

Goto:

• JIRA Administration
• System
• System Dashboard

There you can remove the Activity Stream gadget

Done that one - i don't have an activity stream on the main dshboard anymore, but it's still alive and kicking in each project .

Ahh, got it!

No I don't think that is possible without making changes to the installation files. I found this old question on the topic: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/50451/how-to-modify-project-summary-to-add-custom-gadgets

Not sure if this is easy to do, though.
