I am looking to change the background of the card on my kanban board. I dont know why by default its picking "yellow" bg color. I went through a couple of online materials ( https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/customize-cards/ , https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver0713/customizing-cards-965542346.html )
But unfortunately, no one talks about the background color. Attached pic for attention
Dear Ramsha
Your cards seem all to be flagged. Flagged cards are marked with a red flag (below the issue type icon) and a yellow background.
Once you unflag the cards (right click on a card and then click "Remove Flag"), both the red flag and yellow background will go away.
Flagging is a good way to point out some cards - e.g. to prepare for a daily standup meeting where you want to discuss some cards in particular.
I cannot tell, however, why your cards are all flagged.
Background Color Customization Not Available
In Jira, you cannot customize the card background colors.
There is an issue for this, however.
Maybe there are third party plug-ins on the Marketplace for card background color customization, as well.
Kind regards
Ingo
Thank you so much, Ingo! I never realized they all were flagged :)
