Remove closed JIRAs from showing in Backlog

For some reason, hundreds of previous, still closed/completed issues are showing up in our Backlog. They are struck through, and they are still marked as done, but they are all showing up in the backlog, significantly inflating the backlog count.

This seems to be a recent development -- how can this be fixed?

Click Board -> Configure at the top right

Remove Done from the Backlog column.

OR

change the filter to not show tickets with a Resolved Date > -2w

(that will make them show up for two weeks and then disappear.)

Anything with the Resolution set will trigger the line to strike through your ticket Keys.

Have a great day!
