Remove manage dashboards for some users

By the default functionality of JIRA, you cannot perform this configuration, however, you can refer to this asnwer: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/29024/dashboard-managing-permissions-for-groups as it has been discussed before that. You can perform this configuration by using some custom javascript.
