×Every time I open a Jira ticket I get a notification that Jira service desk is now Jira service management. I have tried everything I am allowed to do in the app, is there anything short of a drastic action like a database change or resetting my account that I can do. I wouldnt mind as much except it hides important information about the issues (like the owner). Its a nuisance I know but clicking "got it all day long takes its toll on your feelings about the product. Seems like trying to make it better with a re-brand notification they took MANY steps back.
Its a bug, fix it. Going at a database correction for a simple notification that was introduced to push marketing is not an answer.
Maybe this KB can help you. Please, test it in a test env before doing it in produciton.
