Hi community,
I was working on a Jira Work Management project and I noticed that everytime we submit a form, the issue gets a "business-form" label. I cannot find how to turn this off. The Label field is not in the form, the workflow doesn't have this kind of post-function and there isn't any rule in the project automation. Why is this happening and how can I turn it off?
Hi Milica - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
This is probably a built-in function that you cannot currently change. Probably the best solutions would be to clear the label field using automation when the issue is created.
Hi John. Thanks for the answer!
I already did the automation part, I was just wondering if there is a way to disable it without automation. :)

Hi @Milica Stankovic ,
Using Colored Label Manager you can define your labels, cleanup and organize them quickly with bulk powerful functionality .
More functionality that can help you get the job done.
1. Visualize your labels with at-a-glance quickness to save time and avoid mistake - Make your issues more colorful
2. Edit, rename merge and delete duplicate, misspelled or wrong labels without having to go through each issue

How can we do this automation? I don't see a "remove label" in the automation items.

You can use the "Edit issue" action, choose labels, and pick "ADDREMOVE":
