Rename Username When Using GSuite

Hi,

We are using JIRA and the user management is linked to GSuite's group. But I can now only use the username "admin". Is it possible to change it to another username? I've tried to promote my colleague's permission and ask him to modify my username but failed.

Any way to do it?

Hi Andre,

We found ourselves in the same situation and the recommendation we got is to change GSuite's username if we wanted it to be reflected in JIRA.

I am not aware of any other way to do it yet.
