Is there a way for a word in the summary field to be made when a issue is created?
Basically what I have going on is
Step 1: Issue comes in and allocated to a Q
Step 2: A additional ticket is created and copys the summary from Step one and allocates to a different Q.
Step 3: Repalce one Word in the Summary on Step 2 from "A" to "B C D"
Depending on what plug-ins you have in your instance, one in particular called JSU (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/5048/jsu-automation-suite-for-jira-workflows?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) may give you some features to manipulate the Summary field on a post function.
We done this where we are adding additional text to the summary when we create sub-tasks.
