Replicate the new workflow and schemes from prod to test

I am using clone project scripts to create new projects from the already existing templates.
Here, I want to copy the Priority and Link scheme from the existing template to new project.
Can I get the script to do the same?

I am not sure, that it will help,

You could try to import project from test instance backup.
