Report: Which dev worked on which ticket?

Nikola Chakalov August 2, 2023

Hello,

I would like to know which dev worked on which JIRA ticket in a given project. I think this is quite easy to do, however I noticed that our system marks tickets as "Unassigned" after they have been deployed. No idea if someone is doing this manually or it is an automatic thing which happens at the end of the workflow.

Either way, I have a bunch of Unassigned tickets, for which I want to be able to know who worked on them before they were Done.

Can someone help me out please? Thank you!

Just as an update for other people, who have the same question: The unassigned tickets can only be figured out by looking at the ticket activity i.e. manual work.

Hi @Nikola Chakalov

Welcome to the community.

To me it seems like there is an automation rule on the project that does this or a post function in the workflow is the trigger for this.

If you are not a Jira admin or project admin, please let your admin look into the issue.

Thanks for you answer :) I figured things out internally in my company.
