Hi All,

Have a number of teams (12) working off individual sprint boards on a delivery. Is there a way to generate a report that could be sent (automated if possible) to show the daily changes on the board?

Expected workflow progression is fine, more looking at a report for problem areas such as:

1) Items being added (having a problem with items being added to sprints with no approval so want monitor this)

2) Items being removed

3) Items going to blocked

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Matt

You can implement this using Jira dashboards and the Better PDF Exporter app. It can export dashboards to nicely formatted PDF documents which can capture a whole agile dashboard (with various gadgets):

...or just the Burndown gadget. Note that with the burndown gadget you can display the sprint events which include "issue added", "issue removed", "estimate changed", "sprint started", etc. This is what you see under the chart in this sample:

You can check these examples here.

And, you can fully automate sending these PDFs attached to custom emails using the free Better PDF Automation app.

Hey Matthew,

I believe a Filter Subscription using the boards filters would be what you are looking for, check it out and see if it fits your scenario.

Alternatively you could set up dashboards to collect specifics and then there are some add-ons that can be used send you the data, there are some examples on what can be used in these previous posts on the topic:

Earl
