Report of assignee during specific transitions for multiple issues

Would like to create a report with the following data.

1. Extract all the BUGS that were REOPENED.

2. For each REOPENED BUG, obtain the assignee during various transitions of "IMPLEMENTATION", "VERIFICATION" and also the release in which it was supposed to be FIXED.

3. The BUG might have been REOPENED multiple times.

 

I would like to know how I can iterate through the history of each issue and extract the assignee during Implement and Verify statuses multiple times for an issue 

We do have JMWE and SCRIPTRUNNER add-ons.  Please help !!
