Any suggestions, how to generate Jira report with assignee, secondary assignee, epic, story, task, sub task, story points, workflow status, no of days assignee working on the story etc.? Appreciate any suggestions

Is that one report or multiple?

You have a few options for reporting...

• Issue Search: You can generate search results in Jira using the native function. You can also list issues in columns, showing Assignee, Status, Story Points, etc. See more on how to use search on this help page
• Dashboards: You can then summarise the data into dashboards - showing data in different gadgets - such as pie charts, two dimensional tables, etc. See how to use dashboards on this help page
• Reports: Jira also has some inbuilt reports which might be useful, there's a decent breakdown of these on this page
  • Company-managed: See more information on these help pages
  • Team-managed: The reports do differ - see this help page instead
• Boards: You can still use Boards also to show detailed views of the data, moving between statuses housed in columns. Company-managed Software projects can have multiple boards, see this help page as a starting point. Team-managed Projects have pre-built boards, check out this help page to start with for TM Boards
• Jira Work Management: There's some separate information here too...

Probably either an Issue Search, or a Dashboard with a Filter Results gadget would work for this.
