Hello, we are desperate because our customer on Server
cannot edit the reporter field of his issues anymore. The drop down remains empty. The field is filled but cannot be edited. The server returns the message:
The Jira server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.
A restart of the server did not change anything. The reporter field is and was set in the edit screen.
Has anybody an idea how to apporach theis problem?
Thx in advance - I know there are lot´s of tickets in the protal with almost the same question, but none of them was helpful...
