Reporting Issue

Hi All,

We have task and sub task created in the JIRA and trying to pull the work log which is already present in the issue type. We are able to pull the report without any issues for all the users except one. We are able to see the user on roles even on issue type .User is able to update the time spent in the ticket but when we pull the report in the JIRA we are getting empty report.

It may be worth opening a support ticket if it is only happening to one user. https://support.atlassian.com/

No we are not using any add on, more over we are able to pull report of other except only one particular user.
