Hello community,
I have a question for you all.
I am administrating the Jira in our company. We would like to see the time spent of a specific team.
1. First idea was to add the reporting line in Jira and somehow to see the aggregated logged time of all users that are reporting to X manager, and to see also by user the time.
2. Second idea was to use the groups, to add the members of a team here and to see the logged time,
3, To use the teams - default from Jira, to create here all our teams that are working in Jira, and to see the reports.
Please advise! I would like first idea to be implemented.
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
David.
@David Pleşu are you using Jira Cloud or Server?
Hi David,
You can easily do this by using the Release Burnup Burndown Chart gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app.
What you have to do, is to create a filter for each team - the filter must return the issues of that team. Then, configure the gadget to use that filter and to calculate by Time Remaining & Time Spent.
If you want to display the line of time spent, at Series to Display select "Burned".
See also this article from our blog: Tracking an agile project that uses time estimates with Great Gadgets for Jira. Note that this app offers many other gadgets that you will find useful.
