Reports - Charts and Graphs Free Display Error

I've just added Reports - Charts and Graphs Free to my atlassian account, and it keeps returning with this message on the dashboard I have built for every filter: Sorry, you are rate limited. For an unlimited version please use the pro version.

I  thought this app was totally free, so not sure if an upgrade is required? If I refresh the gadget 1 or 2 times, it will then display the data so wondering if this is a known issue or requires a purchase?

Referring to https://bloompeak.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DOC/pages/1649213441/Reports+-+Charts+and+Graphs+Free+for+Jira+App  , 'Free version has a rate limiting of 1 report rendering per 5 seconds. The rate limiting is based on your Jira instance, that is, if you and one of your colleagues send report requests to our app within the same 5 seconds the latter report request will not render.'

Rate limited means, it can only make so may request before it will display this message.

This is also stated in the documentation of the app.

If you want to prenvent these screens, you should buy the app.
