Reports - Download all fields not working & Columns are Duplicated

I have used the report download into Excel with all fields for months now. Today when I used it, not all of the fields get downloaded (Epic Link, most importantly) & columns headers are duplicated so you don't know which one is accurate.

You are correct. The HTML All Fields version works however, I need the data in an Excel format. I don't think HTML can be converted into Excel?!

Actually - yes it can, I do it all the time. Try this...

Save the file somewhere.
Do an "Open with..." and choose Excel
Then save as an excel sheet
DONE!

Thanks for the tip. My problem is that Excel is not an option to open the file with as I use Office 365 (web version). I guess you have to have Excel downloaded on your PC in order for it to be an option?!

Ok, not a problem, just copy the file to your one-drive and open it from there.

And yes, I downloaded Excel, I thought that was an option for everyone with Office 365.

You might want to change the export type to the HTML version. It seems to work better.
