Reports are missing after Re-index

After doing a background re-index. All of the reports are missing. At first it was only the issues that are missing, but after performing another re-index, all the issues can now be seen again but the reports are not the same. Please help. Thank you.

We had the same issues like this what we did was restarted our servers and did a full re-index and that brought all the issues and reports back to how they were looking previously.
