After configuring our Office365 Exchange with the rules as described in Unblocking Office365 emails I am still not getting Atlassian invitation e-mails for users on our Office365 managed e-mail accounts (other e-mail accounts like ***@gmail.com do work)
Could you check if our domain "IDCTECHNOLOGIES.COM" is on the bounce list?

I checked the bounce list and I did not find anything on the bulk domain lookup, and next steps we will need some additional details to move forward on troubleshooting where the block is occurring.
One of our cloud support engineers has reached out to you on the request JST-834632 for additional information and we will follow up with you on the private request to keep all the PII such as user names and email addresses off this public forum.
